Job summary

Insight Global in Nashville, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead a team in a metals processing facility. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a supervisory role within metals processing, with steel processing and slitting machine experience, and IATF certification or familiarity. You will coach and develop staff across all levels, ensuring SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in metals processing.
• Strong leadership and communication to coach and mentor.
• Solid knowledge of production processes, equipment, and QA standards.
• Experience in steel processing, including slitting machines.
• IATF certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a production team to meet goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Report to Plant Manager and align with Core Values and SOPs.
