Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join a Washington, PA-based manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on experience with power and hand tools, saws, and fabrication machinery, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical drawings.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, first shift, and offers benefits as part of a stable manufacturing team in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or metalworking.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Experience operating saws and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws and cutting equipment to cut aluminum, metal, and other materials per production specs.
• Assemble fabricated components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the process.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Readiness to operate press brake machines and other fabrication equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing shop environment.
