Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other machine tools.
• Operate conventional mills, lathes, drill presses, saws, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Select tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for accuracy.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and log equipment data.
• Maintain production records and perform routine maintenance.
