Job summary

The Jor-Mac Company in Wisconsin is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to keep our metal fabrication equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and work with production teams to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Familiarity with CMMS and PLCs is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and repair to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to address malfunctions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory to support operations.
