Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose complex issues and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience reading technical drawings, schematics and manuals, with documented maintenance activity.
• Familiarity with diesel engines and heavy equipment; Deutz experience is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork with a safety- and quality‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through execution with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues to maximize uptime.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and commissioning with engineering teams.
• Maintain clear maintenance documentation and mentor junior technicians.
