TempExperts seeks a Machine Maintenance Technician in Pensacola, FL on first shift. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of production equipment, tools, and machinery under the Maintenance Supervisor and Head Mechanic.

Candidates should have 3+ years of repair experience, preferably on heavy equipment, conveyors, and hydraulics. A high school diploma or GED and technical certification are preferred. The position offers temp-to-hire potential and requires weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent repair experience on heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulics, electricity.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical or vocational certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and machines.
• Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, and replace parts.
• Weld and use cutting torch.
• Perform general plant repairs.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Test malfunctioning machinery and discuss repairs with head mechanic.
• Replace faulty parts, wiring, motors, controls, boards.
• Install equipment and electrical components and test.
• Dismantle equipment to access defective parts.
• Lubricate and clean parts and equipment.
