Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) in Bonduel, WI is hiring a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment. You should have basic electrical knowledge (110/220V), welding experience, and be comfortable reading blueprints.

This is a fast-paced, self-directed role requiring safety focus and reliability. You'll work with the maintenance team, engineers and tool & die personnel, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and implement new equipment

Qualifications

• Requires basic electrical knowledge (110/220V; possibly 480V).
• Mechanical inclination and familiarity with general shop work.
• Welding experience; ability to work alone and be self-directed; willing to learn and take daily challenges.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand, power and measuring tools.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and resolve promptly.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair plant manufacturing equipment.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Communicate well with team members.
• Be flexible with tasks and schedule; on call/weekend rotation may be required.
• Certification in forklift and highlift/scissor lift will be required (training available).
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineers, managers and tool & die teams to implement equipment safely.
