Job summary

KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the first shift to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment. The role requires basic electrical knowledge (110/220V, possibly 480V), mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with general shop work.

Welding experience and the ability to work independently are strong assets. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, assembling and repairing equipment, reading blueprints, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand, power and measuring tools.
• Reading and understanding blueprints.
• Basic electrical knowledge for 110/220V (possible 480V).
• Advanced technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose problems and resolve promptly.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to support installations and repairs.
• Work with maintenance, engineering and tool & die teams to implement new equipment safely.
• Be flexible with tasks and schedule; on-call and weekend rotation may be required.
• Welding and related fabrication tasks as needed.
