Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with CMMS, schematics, and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ work experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Mechanical understanding of stamping presses feeders, straighteners, tool room and other support equipment.
• Working knowledge arc flash protection and ability to install electrical equipment and circuit modification.
• Must be trained in Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and support equipment to OEM standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems.
• Assist in building remodeling, department renovations, and moving equipment.
• Inspect and lubricate all key equipment per set schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required by the CMMS.
