Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (7am-3pm) to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting new equipment installation at DFA facilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of mechanical/electrical education or equivalent experience, and SAP experience preferred. 2B Boilers license preferred. Pay range $30-$36/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of formal mechanical/electrical education or equivalent experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• 2B Boilers License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and/or repairs on production, processing, and utility equipment following safety procedures.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Assist operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure repairs are documented.
• Adhere to safety policies and GMP requirements.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
