We are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee electricians, maintenance technicians, forklift operators, and system operators. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years maintenance experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
  • Experience managing electricians, mechanical maintenance, or similar teams in industrial settings.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve electrical and equipment issues.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and project management.
  • Experience in union environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of boiler operations, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance.
