Job summary

Polar Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 1st shift to support production by maintaining and repairing equipment on-site. The role emphasizes preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are followed.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing environments, the ability to read schematics, and the capacity to work effectively both in teams and independently to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment in machine maintenance and repair.
• Must be able to read and understand schematics.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electromechanical maintenance in a work or school environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot production machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Repair machines and equipment using approved procedures and standards while maintaining safety practices.
• Follow Lockout / Tag out procedures.
