Responsibilities

• Make accurate tooling adjustments and operate machining equipment safely.
• Perform start-stop procedures including loading raw material and starting/stopping machines.
• Adjust tooling/fixtures within prescribed limits and maintain records.
• Inspect machined parts visually and dimensionally per quality standards.
• Report machine malfunctions and part discrepancies to supervisor.
• Perform preventative machine maintenance and suggest process improvements.
