Tanis Brush in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, run production equipment, inspect parts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. This hands-on role supports quality manufacturing and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years machinist or machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic math, measuring and computer skills.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints.
• Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment.
• Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Support new employee training.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards.
• Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
