Job summary

Tanis Brush is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate equipment, inspect parts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. You will read work orders and blueprints, perform basic preventive maintenance, and help ensure production runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of machinist or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic math, measuring, and computer skills.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints.
• Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment.
• Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Support new employee training.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards.
