Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift at our Hanover, PA facility. The role supports packing room operations, ensures equipment runs smoothly, and helps maintain product quality and waste controls.

This is a full-time position with a 7:00am–3:00pm schedule, with possible overtime on weekends. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, good instruction-following skills, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
• Ability to follow instructions and process documents accurately.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines to meet production standards and efficiency targets.
• Manage changeovers and prepare materials for upcoming orders.
• Monitor product quality, perform weight checks, and assist with line maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
