Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for the Hanover, PA location on 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm). You will operate packing room machines, ensure production standards, and assist with changeovers and quality checks in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Overtime on Saturdays may be required; the role offers compensation of $25.50 per hour and career growth opportunities within a diverse, team-focused plant.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operates all packing room machines at specified speed to meet production standards.
• Maintains equipment by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and inspecting product quality for defects.
• Prepares materials for next order (film, co-dates, stickers, etc.).
• Checks weights on packing lines to ensure product specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
