Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an production operator to manufacture customized lithium-ion battery electrolytes in Kokomo, Indiana. You will operate process equipment, handle materials, manage inventory, and support shipping and logistics to ensure on-time production with top quality and safety.

You will work with engineers to maintain equipment, follow SOPs, and resolve quality issues while adhering to OSHA guidelines and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce customized electrolyte formulations per customer specs.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and production supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure maintenance of process equipment.
• Address product-related quality concerns and uphold high standards.
• Support all facets of production, including raw materials, shipping, and logistics.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols including PPE.
