Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and comply with Bills of Material, processing/work instructions and packaging instructions.
• Must not be color blind.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 - 75 lbs. repetitively.
• Must be able to report production output and activities.
• Must be able to present production information to management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate weights and measures.
• Maintains accurate compliance with packaging instructions and criteria.
• Adjusts operational settings of equipment for packaging instructions.
• Assists the Crew Leader or Supervisor in daily production reports.
• Keeps workstation and equipment area neat and orderly.
• Trained for competency in at least five work stations.
• Operates equipment to meet quality and production standards.
