Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is hiring for a Label Inspector/ Rewind Operator on first shift in Westfield, MA. The role involves operating an upright rewinder, inspecting for quality, and maintaining performance. You will perform light maintenance and help improve processes while meeting safety standards and production targets.

The position is full-time, Monday to Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm, with overtime as needed. Training is provided, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewinding equipment according to job specifications.
• Perform visual inspection of finished rolls to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Identify and address defects to maintain product consistency and integrity.
• Perform light maintenance: cleaning, lubricating and replacing minor parts.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major ones to maintenance.
