Job summary

Likewize is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for our Flower Mound distribution center. You’ll help keep inventory accurate, support cycle counts and reconciliation, and produce reports with Excel while collaborating with teammates.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of hands‑on inventory experience in a warehouse environment. You’ll split time between desk work and the warehouse floor on a first shift (6:00am–2:30pm), in a fast‑paced operation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of hands-on inventory experience within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong skills in organization and attention to detail.
• A self-starter mindset with the willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to understand work instructions, communicate effectively across teams, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, data extraction, and tracking using Excel.
• Partner closely with the Inventory Supervisor and team members across locations.
• Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy.
