Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Good understanding of quality control principles.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience and ability in using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and train production personnel to improve performance.
• Monitor and manage department supply, tooling and inventory.
• Lead by example to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Inspect finished units for conformance to quality requirements.
• Coordinate with supervision to assign tasks and monitor work.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
• Support overtime as required to meet production goals.
