Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good manual dexterity
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience and ability in using hand tools

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a production team to meet daily goals
• Maintain equipment and oversee TPM/5S initiatives
• Monitor quality and inspect units for conformity to standards
• Coordinate with area leads and supervisors to assign tasks
• Support training and development of team members
• Work overtime as required by management
