Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st Shift in Georgia. You will move glass and metal products throughout the plant, operate a forklift, and support the laminating process, reporting to the Production Supervisor. A reliable team player with basic math and safety focus will thrive in this role.

This entry-level opportunity includes training, growth within a major building products leader, and a path to a longer-term manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with ability to read work orders and perform basic math.
• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred.
• Dependable with good attendance and ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Move glass and metal products safely throughout the plant.
• Operate a forklift and work near overhead crane equipment.
• Transport and rotate materials through laminating processes.
• Read orders and follow safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Inspect products for quality and measure as required.
• Label, tag, and document products and paperwork.
