Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Freezer Warehouse on 1st shift. You will select, stack and wrap products, ensuring pallets are prepared for loading and records are accurate. Duties include moving items to shipping areas, shrinking wrapping pallets and entering records in the WMS system.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and willingness to operate in cold temperatures. A forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate forklift and pass certification.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Select product using approved methods with minimum 95% productivity against standards.
• Stack cases on pallets to prevent damage.
• Move product from storage to shipping areas.
• Wrap pallets with shrink wrap.
• Enter records using computer systems.
