Job summary

Lippert is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to move raw and finished materials through our Goshen, IN production areas. The role supports warehouse operations, unloading deliveries, and maintaining flow of materials to production lines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, may hold a forklift license, and can work with minimal supervision in a team-driven environment. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Observance of all safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of raw material inventory and unloading deliveries.
• Coordination of paperwork at material receipt.
• Movement of raw material through production area.
• Movement of chassis through production area.
• Movement of completed chassis to holding or coating areas.
• Maintenance of exterior yard including plowing and grading.
• Rotation of position within production team as necessary.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
