Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably food/beverage.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign work, and direct production staff.
• Ensure production goals are met and processes flow smoothly.
• Monitor operations (receiving, standardizing, pasteurization, packaging).
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Promote safe work practices and conduct safety investigations.
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet orders and inventory readiness.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate with staff.
• Perform evaluations, coaching, and training of employees.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and company regulations.
