Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Associate in Northlake, TX for the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm). You will inspect products, label and palletize, perform coffee bean dumping, trash removal, and packing on different equipment. This is a full-time role with pay at $18.93–$20.01 per hour.

Ideal candidates follow written procedures, have manufacturing experience, and can work overtime and weekends as needed. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents with clear communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor.
• Taping, labeling, adjusting, and palletizing cases.
• Coffee Bean dumping
• Trash pick-up and dumping
• Packing product on various types of equipment
