Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Associate at the Northlake, TX facility to support the production team and drive key initiatives for improved performance. Responsibilities include inspecting products, labeling and taping, palletizing cases, dumping coffee beans, trash removal, and packing on different equipment.

The role operates on a full-time, A Shift with a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor.
• Tape, label, adjust, and palletize cases.
• Handle coffee bean dumping.
• Trash pick-up and dumping.
• Pack product on various types of equipment.
