Job summary

gpac is seeking a First Shift Maintenance Technician in a food manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment to keep production flowing and perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, processing and packaging lines.

Requirements include food manufacturing experience; meat processing is a bonus. You should have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be reliable to earn the attendance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (because you fix problems before they happen)
• Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Help improve processes-not just patch them up
