Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Folder Operator for the 1st shift to operate a metal trim folding machine and support production in a fast-paced plant environment. The role requires a dependable individual with the ability to read work orders, follow schedules, and work safely.

Responsibilities include folding, packaging and assisting in other areas as needed, with overtime possible based on production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and written instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to assist in other production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a metal trim folding machine to produce high-quality products and meet daily production goals.
• Assist in packaging, material handling and other tasks as needed to support plant operations.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality throughout folding processes.
• Be adaptable and contribute wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
