Job summary

Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Bethlehem, PA. You will fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

No prior experience is required; you will be trained in Penske’s maintenance processes and technology, with a path to technician roles and career growth. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• The associate will be required to understand and comply with specific Penske instructions and safety policies
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance and DOT-related requirements

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance)
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates
• Building skills through training and coaching on minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance)
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
