Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Bethlehem, PA. You will fuel, wash, and ensure vehicles are clean and safe before they hit the road again, serving as the first point of contact for customers.

The role involves learning vehicle maintenance processes, safety rules, and basic repairs; no experience required. We provide comprehensive training, a clear path to technician roles, and competitive benefits. Shift: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, at 4581 Falmer Dr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fuel/wash vehicles to ensure a great experience.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Build skills through training to perform minor repairs and tire work.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
