Job summary

Qnity in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Production Operator I to support high-quality electronics manufacturing. You will operate machines, read blueprints, assemble parts, and monitor materials to meet production targets.

The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and adherence to safety standards. Training will be provided and the position includes standard production shifts.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Experience assembling small components preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform operations on machines and production fixtures under supervision.
• Read blueprints and follow work orders or engineering drawings.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, materials and supplies.
• Assemble parts and raw materials per blueprints; may operate soldering equipment.
• Assemble, position and align parts; verify part accuracy with gauges.
• Complete necessary paperwork on line; adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Attend required training; rotate to all departmental jobs.
