Job summary

US Farathane is seeking a 1st Shift Die Setter to manage mold changes, die set-up, and related tooling on a production line in Riverside, MO. The role includes wiring hydraulics, pneumatics, hot runner setup, and leak repairs, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED plus 6 months to 2 years of related experience, PPE use, lock-out tag-out training, and the ability to lift 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education and experience meet the listed requirements; accommodations may be made as needed.
• Must wear all PPE including hard hat and have lock-out tag-out training.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds up to 4 feet and performing mold changes within 1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes per production schedule and handle emergency changes.
• Set up die-related functions including watering, hydraulics, pneumatics, and hot runner setup.
• Repair fluid or air leaks and manage die insert changes.
• Load/unload die carrying trucks and maintain orderly die storage.
