Job summary

US Farathane in Riverside, MO is seeking a 1st Shift Production Material Handler (Water Spider) to move finished goods, stock presses, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced plastics plant.

You will follow safety standards, assist with mold changes, and support multiple tasks under supervision. A GED or high school diploma and basic math/arithmetic are required, with hi-lo forklift experience a plus. This role offers steady hours with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Basic math including two-digit numbers and tens/hundreds calculations.
• Ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Put away finished product correctly.
• Keep presses stocked with totes and skids.
• Maintain returnable storage area and keep aisles clear.
• Assist with mold changes and remove stock after changes.
• Follow and enforce safety standards for operations.
• Perform housekeeping tasks per verification guidelines.
• Support supervision with various tasks as assigned.
