Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 1st shift in Keene, NH. The role reports to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and performs a variety of custodial duties following established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include floor care, vacuuming, dusting, window care, restroom restocking, waste removal, and basic maintenance tasks. No prior experience required; strong teamwork, attention to detail, and energy are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; shampoo rugs when directed.
• Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as directed; clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Monitor defects (clogged urinals, lights out) and report to supervisors.
• Collect building trash daily and place in designated area for removal.
• Replace liners in waste baskets per specs.
• Perform high dusting, leather and wood polishing, wall washing as needed.
