Responsibilities

• Auditing paperwork.
• Preparing inbound and outbound manifests.
• Filling paperwork.
• Submit late inbound notices.
• Submit overflow requests.
• Use Route Schedule to prepare outbound manifests.
• Verify after loading that everything was loaded and check hot board for must-go freight.
• Answering phones and assisting Dispatch Team.
• Work Monday - Friday.
• Weekend requirements may apply with advance notice.
