This full-time, 2nd shift role reports to the Logistics Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Retain working knowledge of transportation systems after training.
• Initiate contact with carriers and customers as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between carriers and customers.
• Organize and track freight on an appropriate time schedule.
• Communicate escalations to management channels.
• Prepare office communications across media.
• Provide hands-on support during peak times or teammate absence.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices across the network.
• Adapt to changing processes while moving toward standardization.
