Job summary

Qualifications

• Awareness of PC hardware and software, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interact with management, staff, vendors, and customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use motorized equipment.
• Electrical background and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff to maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Fix breakdowns and complete department tasks.
• Reinstall guards and safety equipment after work.
• Replace and clean worn brushes.
• Work on DC/AC motors, breakers and switches.
• Inspect conduit, cables, and motor systems for issues.
• Inspect exhaust fans and motors and read electrical drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
