Job summary

Aapstaff is seeking a detail-oriented Component Inspector to inspect packaging components and materials used in toiletry and personal care product manufacturing. The role focuses on identifying defects, verifying quality, and ensuring adherence to company specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include visual inspections of bottles, caps, labels, and containers, documenting results, and collaborating with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect components and packaging materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
  • Perform visual inspections of bottles, caps, labels, containers, and other production components.
  • Verify components meet required quality and production specifications.
  • Identify and separate defective or non-conforming materials.
  • Perform measurements and quality checks as required.
  • Accurately document inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Monitor production materials to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Follow GMP, safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
