Job summary

Shopko Optical seeks a Production Lead for our De Pere, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will supervise the Coating Department, lead equipment operation, and drive quality and productivity improvements in a progressive lab setting.

The role offers on-the-job training, a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri), 401k with match, and paid time off. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in optical (eyewear) manufacturing, retail, or other relevant leadership experience.
• Hands-on leadership capability demonstrated.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production teammates in the Coating Department.
• Serve as the technical lead for equipment operation and process improvements.
• Ensure quality checks and productivity goals are met and coordinate with Production Manager – Coating.
