Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of optical (eyewear) manufacturing or related leadership experience.
• Hands-on leadership capability required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervise and coordinate activities of production teammates in Coating Department.
• Serve as technical lead for area and ensure efficient operation of equipment.
• Ensure quality checks and implement countermeasures for defects.
• Communicate with Production Manager – Coating and teammates.
