Qualifications

• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC turning equipment (lathes)
• Edit and optimize CNC programs at the machine
• Select tooling, set offsets, and establish workholding
• Perform first‑piece inspections and ensure parts meet print specifications
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
