Pro Products LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled 1st Shift CNC Setup Programmer to prepare and program CNC equipment for precision-machined components. You will read drawings, select tooling, set offsets, and document setups to ensure repeatable quality in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has CNC setup/programming experience, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work with operators and quality personnel to resolve production concerns.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications.
• Basic knowledge of CNC setup, programming and machining processes.
• Understanding of dimensional tolerances and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC machines for production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures and workholding equipment.
• Adjust programs, offsets and machine settings as needed.
• Perform basic inspections to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Troubleshoot setup, tooling and machining issues.
• Maintain accurate setup and production documentation.
