Job summary

Durex Industries on 1st Shift is seeking CNC milling professionals to operate Haas, Okuma, and Doosan machines. You will load tools, set offsets, review blueprints, and verify dimensions to print, documenting results to keep production flowing.

Ideal candidates read calipers and micrometers, understand GD&T, and can edit G-code/M-code. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred; sign-on bonus up to $1,000 is offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Read calipers, micrometers, indicators, and blueprints.
• Tooling installation and fixture setup per drawings.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes with precision feedback.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run close-tolerance jobs on milling and turning centers per work orders.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints to install tooling and program instructions.
• Inspect parts with precision metrology and document results.
• Complete sign-offs, logs, and production reports.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize feeds and speeds, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with training and coordinate workflow as needed.
