Job summary

Durex Industries is hiring an Advanced CNC Turning Machinist for the 1st shift to power up brand-new machines and deliver high-precision components. You will set up, operate, and monitor turning and milling processes, verifying parts with precision tools and documenting results.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Fluency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and reading blueprints.
  • Hands-on understanding of CNC controls and cutting tools.
  • Ability to deburr and handle parts to exact customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Run turning centers and milling centers to produce precision parts per work orders, routers, and blueprints.
  • Perform close-tolerance setups on CNC equipment by studying drawings and manuals; load/verify instructions.
  • Document everything: sign off and complete required forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Execute quality tests and operational checks to confirm conformance.
  • Verify parts with precision measurement tools and support production flow.
