Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to support operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC lathes, mills, chuckers, and Swiss-type machines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with CMMS documentation and team

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting CNC machine tools and controls.
Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience reading electrical schematics and diagrams.
Proficient with CMMS or maintenance tracking software.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, chuckers, and Swiss-type machines.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, spindle, and control system failures.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, machine documentation, and technical drawings.
Rebuild, modify, and repair manufacturing equipment as required.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems.
