JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist (1st shift) to set up, operate, and inspect components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring parts meet specifications through careful setup, measurement, and testing.

The position requires reading blueprints, performing precision measurements, and maintaining tooling. A strong independence and adherence to work instructions are essential for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Machine Tool techniques with 1 year CNC Machinist experience.
• Without degree, minimum of three years CNC Machinist experience.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC machines per work instructions.
• Inspect parts during run and maintain specifications.
• Maintain tooling and inserts.
• Perform daily/weekly maintenance on equipment.
• May operate other equipment as directed by supervision.
• Identify good vs. repairable parts and route accordingly.
• Follow prints and specifications for assembly and testing of components.
• Use test stands and conduct final testing when trained.
