Job summary

Davis Machine in Euless, TX is seeking a Machining Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead daily shop-floor operations, coordinate machinists, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery against production plans.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and HR to provide direction, resolve machining issues, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a professional, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years machining experience in aerospace/defense environments.
• 2+ years CNC programming and on-floor supervision.
• Experience reading aerospace drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily 1st shift machining operations with clear priorities.
• Ensure schedules, commitments, and customer delivery are met.
• Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks and downtime on the shop floor.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to machinists.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
